• *** ROAD SPEED *** 25 MPH ***  on Alpine Meadows Rd. and Long Stack Lane. There have been complaints about people speeding on the hill. Children and pets are at risk! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SPEED.
• To prevent expensive landscaping and maintenance costs for the association paid for out of your assessments, please maintain your culverts along the road(s) on your property line as well as trimming back branches/trees, bushes impinging into the road.
